What NDARAMA Is

NDARAMA is an introduction service and a school. It is not a dealer, broker, buyer, exporter or financier of minerals. It never takes possession of any mineral and never handles payment.

What It Does Not Give

No valuation, no assay, no investment advice. Nothing in the school is legal, tax or investment advice. The Government page is research, not a legal opinion, and figures marked unconfirmed are marked unconfirmed for a reason.

Your Own Compliance

Every one of the twelve countries reserves artisanal and small-scale mining to its own nationals and licenses dealing separately. Establishing your own position in your own country is your responsibility, and the Government page tells you which door to knock on.

Certification

The Certified NDARAMA Mining Business Professional is awarded on a costed plan reviewed against a published rubric. It is a mark of completed work, not a licence, and it does not authorise anybody to mine, deal or export.
