Banks, development finance institutions and training providers can license the calculations and the teaching framework for use with their own clients.
Two Cases
A loan officer assessing a small mining venture needs the same numbers the owner needs: cost per tonne, break-even three ways, the price itemised and the compliance calendar. Licensing puts those inside your own process, with your own thresholds.
Teach the syllabus under your own name with the certificate co-issued. The rubric is published, so your assessment and ours stay the same assessment.
What is licensed is the 110 calculations, the teaching framework and the rubric. What is not licensed is the Library, the Dictionary or the drawings, which stay here and stay open to read.
Terms are set per engagement, because a single branch and a national bank are not the same licence. Nothing is sold as a self-service subscription.
