Mining punishes moving too early more than almost any other business. A plant bought before the ore body is proven, a truck bought before the offtake, a licence taken on ground nobody tested - each one is the same mistake wearing different clothes.
The Dzungu Index scores how early you are about to act. It is used in the decision work of the course, at the point where a reader has a number that looks good and wants to spend against it.
